Holding Business Funds without a Reason

I just started a business and I opened a business account with Chase bank. Chase bank offer credit card processing platform, not knowing it was Wepay. My first customer made payment through this link and wepay received the money, closed my account and emailed me to wait for 120 days before they will release the fund. I am going through a long process divorce and just trying to make things better for myself. However, wepay action to seize the money meant for operations indicate how bad things might go for me. Wepay closedown the account without any explanation and seized the funds because I dont understand.

Resolved: Order paid & then 3 days later it showed order canceled.

I have not yet received the order. I placed the order from a link that extreme online store sent me but they say it is not their order number. The invoice I received shows it was ordered through EOS but it also shows factory function as the supplier. I am quite concerned about this issue. I have not yet been able to actually speak with a person.

I used an app called diem to obtain a cleaning job. The only payment system they use is we pay so I registered for we pay. I have never used we pay prior to the app DM and updated my phone number and address with wepay. Everything was updated bank account information was updated where it needed to be since I'd never use DM yet and had moved since then then I accepted a cleaning job on the DM app for the first time I received the email where it said it would take 3 days to process the payment to me however I all of a sudden had a failed payment with we pay after it said it was due to deposit then we pay turned around sent me an email saying my account under after careful review was suddenly closed and the client refunded back her money. I did however after the 7 Days talk to the client by messaging and she states she has not yet received the refund for it. I contacted DM as well as we pay damn claims that they are working on it however we pay whenever they email me back finally they State the same exact email over and over after saying they were here to help me then they would just all of a sudden the next lines were about closing my account and I can appeal it if I want. This has been going on now over a week and no results I would never use we pay nor would I ever recommend we pay to anybody out there or use any app that is associated with we pay. I will include the screenshots of this information as well.

They keep your money for 120 days no reason

Before you open an account with fresh books make account somewhere else and read all businesses affected with money hold back. They will not tell you if they will accept processing your electronics payments. So they can keep your money for a while. Maybe to loan it to people then return it to you when they feel like it. Please consider all reviews. It's very bad. Or you will experience fighting over your money mostly of the transaction is from $3000. It was so embarrassing to ask our client to cancel the transaction but they couldnt Cz money was taken and was never returned.

Steal Money

We billed a customer and as soon as the payment went in of $2900, they decided that our company was of high risk and now forcing us to wait for 120 days! Their answers are so robotic. No one helps! They are attached to JPMorgan Chase Bank. We just want our money. They have no right to hold our money.

On November 1, 2023 Wepay sent us a merchant chargeback and told us that we had 5 business days and on over the weekend 3 days before our response was due they closed out our ability to respond. We are know stuck having to refund $6,000 for services provided and rendered.
